OPERATIONS
We provide a bespoke service of supplying construction operatives, skilled and semi skilled, tradesmen, machine operatives to supplement our clients’ current workforce that may be required during busy times to meet contract deadlines.
Regardless of whether one operative is required for one day or a team required for the duration of the contract, we provide a proficient, assessed and qualified team of individuals. We perform a comprehensive reviewing process in house to ensure our operatives are of a high caliber in order to ensure they fulfill the requirements of our clients. At S.Allan Services LTD we also emphasis the importance of Health and Saftey; our employees are responsible for their own safety as well as those around them.
We maintain regular contact with the site management teams through our labour managers who visit sites frequently to ensure any issues that the workers or clients have can be resolved at the source. Our aim is to leave the site team free to manage the job by organizing the labour requirements.
